Welcome!
If you’d like to schedule a therapy session, we’d love to hear from you!
Please give us a call at 413-253-0237 and leave us a message. We strive to return calls within 24 hours, and often, we’ll get back to you even sooner.
If you contact us during off-hours or over the weekend, it may take us up to 2 business days to return your call.
We truly appreciate your patience, and we’re excited to help you get started on your journey.
Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and we believe it's an investment in your personal growth and emotional wellbeing. We recognize that engaging in counseling involves a commitment of both time and finances, and we’re here to ensure you understand the costs upfront, so there are no surprises.
Payment is due at the start of each session. We accept cash, check, Venmo, or ACH payments.
We are currently a participating provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan, and Tufts Health Plan.
Additionally, we are happy to bill your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits as well.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage, including deductible amounts and reimbursement percentages.
Insurance plans can vary widely, so we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to verify the details of your specific plan before scheduling sessions. We are happy to assist with any questions related to billing, but the final responsibility for understanding your insurance benefits rests with you.
To ensure transparency and protect you from unexpected medical bills, the No Surprises Act requires healthcare providers to offer a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services, for patients who are either uninsured or not using insurance for a particular service.
This gives you a clear idea of what you can expect to pay in advance, helping you make informed decisions.
You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate for any non-emergency services, including related costs like medical tests, prescriptions, equipment, or hospital fees. Healthcare providers must give you this estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service. You can also request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling any medical services.
If the final bill you receive is at least $400 higher than the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge. Be sure to keep a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, including how to request a Good Faith Estimate, please visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
We hope this information helps you feel confident and well-informed as you begin therapy. Our goal is to create a transparent, supportive experience with no surprises along the way.
